Drivers Rear Quarter / A
Posts / Bits
and Bobs
The (what was soon to be) drivers side rear quarter had a few holes cut out
of it and a bit of filler at the bottom of the rear quarter so I decided to use
part of a 2/h rear quarter I'd got hold of for £20. The full panel wasn't fitted
as the rear end of it was solid so the cut down version was chopped in.
The a post outer panels (aka front inner wing repair panels) had been done by a previous owner. However a trial fit of the front wings revealed they'd been miss-aligned so the area was cut out and replaced with new. Various small holes were also attended to - top of the front quarters being a common one as was the corner of the windscreen. The aerial hole was also welded up as were the joining areas near the top of the engine bay.
