Club Members Cars: Sam's Bug 'Gromit'

My Beetle is my first car. I originally planned to get a Punto, but for some odd reason ended up buying a Beetle instead. (Good move! Ed.)

He's a 1972 VW1300 called Gromit - he was China Blue when I got him, but has since been sprayed Royal Blue. I've also fitted him with a CD player, new carpets, a zoom tube tailpipe and highbacked leather seats. In the future I'm hoping to lower the front and fit EMPI 8s plus Blade bumpers. When I've got the cash, that is!
